National Sand Drag News - NSDN Archive National Sand Drag News (NSDN) is an online magazine covering the sport of sand drag racing. NSDN’s full array of up to the minute news and race coverage can be found online at www.NationalSandDragNews.com. Here is a brief explanation of what NSDN covers. The fast growing motor sport of sand drag racing consists of race cars that are very similar to their asphalt drag racing counterparts racing down 300 feet long (100 yard) tracks with a sand/dirt surface. The headliners of the show are the Nitro-burning Top Fuel dragsters that cross the finish line in under 2.5 seconds and reach speeds in excess of 160 MPH. Although the Top Fuel cars are the headliners of the show, multitudes of grass roots bracket racers compile the largest racer group in the sand. NSDN focuses on the hottest properties in sand drag racing, including coverage of the Pro Truck Nationals (PTN) series and other large independent events. Other large independent races across the country are also covered. NSDN covers these events with live race updates, race results, news, features, race videos, and photos. https://nsdn.us/index.php 2024-07-16T04:38:09+00:00 National Sand Drag News editor@nsdn.us Joomla! - Open Source Content Management NSDN Daily Race Coverage - Soboba Feb '18 2018-02-13T10:02:24+00:00 2018-02-13T10:02:24+00:00 https://nsdn.us/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=994&catid=144&Itemid=38 Administrator editor@nsdn.us <center> <img alt="" src="https://nsdn.us/images/stories/issue2-18/sameday-sjfeb18.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 63px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;" /><br /> <br /> <span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial"><b>Presented By:</b></span><br /> <br /> <a href="http://www.GoodVibesRacing.com" target="_blank"><img alt="" src="http://www.nationalsanddragnews.com/images/banners/goodvibes17lead.jpg" style="width: 255px; height: 151px; border-width: 0px; border-style: solid;" /></a> <img alt="" src="http://www.nationalsanddragnews.com/images/banners/SoCalOTR17Lead.png" style="width: 255px; height: 151px;" /><br /> <a href="http://www.nsdn.us/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=899" target="_blank"><img alt="Rialto Trophy Logo" src="http://www.nationalsanddragnews.com/images/banners/ftc172new.jpg" style="border: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 0); width: 160px; height: 87px;" /></a>&nbsp;<a href="http://www.nsdn.us/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=533"><img alt="" src="http://www.nationalsanddragnews.com/images/banners/hammerdown-ad1.jpg" style="width: 160px; height: 87px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;" /></a> <a href="http://www.nsdn.us/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=526"><img alt="" src="http://www.nationalsanddragnews.com/images/stories/issue10-15/mfrlogo.jpg" style="width: 160px; height: 87px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;" /></a><br /> <img alt="" src="http://www.nationalsanddragnews.com/images/stories/issue11-15/mpclogo.jpg" style="width: 160px; height: 87px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;" />&nbsp;<img alt="" src="http://www.nationalsanddragnews.com/images/stories/issue5-16/kevinad.jpg" style="width: 160px; height: 87px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;" />&nbsp;<a href="http://www.riatotrophy.com" target="_blank"><img alt="" src="http://www.nationalsanddragnews.com/images/stories/rialtotrophylogo.png" style="width: 160px; height: 87px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;" /></a></center> <br /> <strong>Sunday<br /> <br /> </strong>Tremendous racing action from start to finish highlighted the final day of competition at the Soboba Casino in San Jacinto, CA for the 2018 SCSDA Season Opener.
