Scott Whipple won the 2009 NSDA TF Championship on the final pass of the season and also set a new TF World Record with a 2.239 second blast eclipsing the previous mark of 2.284 held by Geoff Gill.

Geoff Gill came up just short of the 2009 NSDA Top Fuel Championship, but still had a great weekend in Primm qualifying #2 and running a best of 2.311 en route to a runner-up finish.

Charlie Johnson was the big Bracket winner over the weekend, winning both the Pro 2 & Pro 3 classes on Sunday as well as clinching NSDA point series championships in both classes.

Joey Weaver was also a double up NSDA champion in 2009 as he won both the Motorcycle Pro & Sportsman 2 class championships.

Clayton Record took the Pro Mod class win in Primm and in the process passed Bob Gill to win the class championship in 2009.

The 2 Dolla' Bill crew raced their hearts out over the weekend in memory of their fallen crew chief, Dan Chittenden. They made a single, idle down the track pass for Dan during pre-race ceremonies on Sunday.

Dennis Rieck brought out the new Hammer Down TF Dragster and made a lot of progress, including this round one pass that would have been on pace to challenge the World Record had the front end stayed on the ground.

Gary Mink locked up the 2009 NSDA TA Championship, however in the semi-final round Gary lost control just past the finish line and ended up getting together with Nick Januik. Fortunately, both drivers were able to walk away from the incident.

Craig Mark brought the wild "Eruption" Jeep to Primm from Oregon and ran consistent 3.6's in Pro Mod class competition.

Shane Switzer had this wild Digger shedding pass in qualifying, however he would get past this by running a career best 2.31 in qualifying and making it to the semi-final round.

Garrett Ratliff was another of the double winners on the weekend, taking both the Motorcycle Pro & Sportsman 1 classes.

Jeff Janoe impressed during eliminations on Sunday running a 2.48 in round one, then laying down his best pass of the season with a 2.35 in the semi-finals in a close match with Scott Whipple.
