


Lee Reynders capped off an amazing 2011 PTN Pro Truck campaign with a semi-final finish, which locked up the class point series championship. Lee would also take a semi-final finish in the Pro Cars bracket class.

John Dreher put on an impressive fireworks show Friday night during the 3.5 Index class with a Nitrous back fire, but on the strength of his excellent finishes at the first two races he would lock up the 2011 PTN 3.5 Index championship.

Roger Jareo had his Twin Turbo BBC-powered Dragster dialed into the low 3.5's en route to an impressive victory in the 3.5 Index class on Friday night.

Matt "Shocker" Ewing raced his way to the Quick 8 Pro ATV event win at WMSD all while locking up the 2011 PTN Quick 8 Pro ATV class championship. Matt also won the regular Pro ATV class on Saturday night.

Steve DeLeeuw ran Low ET of the weekend with a sizzling 3.02 during round one of Pro Outlaw FE, however a red light on that pass took him out of competition.

Chloe Simon pulled off an impressive victory in the ATV class defeating some heavy hitters on the way to her first ever race victory.

Kyle Harney's Ketucky-based Hayshaker Jeep made some great passes at WMSD, going a few rounds in the Sport Truck class on Friday night.

Jim Brantley's hot streak continued with a big win in the Pro 1 Cars bracket class on Saturday night.

Matt Wilson had a nice showing in the Wilson-Steele Connection Racing Altered carding several low 3.4 second passes.

Guy Wagner got a full pass in with his wild Pro Outlaw FE Bronco, however major engine damage would take him out for the weekend. Guy keeps making strides & this car will be one to watch in the future.

NSDN Editor Tom Bray had the Black & Yellow Jeep dialed in Friday night en route to the Sportsman Truck class win.

Ken Jackson had a great showing with a runner-up finish in Sportsman Truck and going a few rounds in Pro Truck on Saturday.

Neal Swain continued to impress in PTN action with a runner-up finish in Pro Truck & a huge win in the Sportsman Car class on Saturday night. Neal had his Jeep dialed in to the 4.2's with great RT's.

John Schultz continues to prove he's one of the best in the Sportsman Car class at WMSD with a runner-up finish in his GMC Jimmy that is street driven to the race track.

Caitlynn Page once again beat up on the Junior ATV class taking the class win on Saturday.

Iowa's Mike Orness had a great showing in his first trip to WMSD going several rounds on Friday & Saturday while his son Hunter also went rounds in the ATV classes.

Steve "Shocker Father" Ewing once again put on a clinic Friday night taking the Sportsman ATV class victory. Steve is a regular in the Winner's Circle at WMSD.

It was great to see Rich Wood make his return to WMSD on the PTN weekend as the winningest ATV racer ever in Michigan made his return to the track after a couple of seasons off.

Last but not least was Matt Peel taking an impressive win in the Quick 16 Cars class running consistent 3.3's in Ed Engel's Dragonfly Buggy. Ed's ride also took 2nd place in the Thursday night Race Car Show.
