

Scott Whipple, with "Famous Amos" Satterlee tuning, led the pack in Top Fuel with the CANIDAE Fueler stringing together an amazing streak of all 5 runs between 2.24-2.28 to take the Top Fuel Shootout title.

Gary Mink fought through some parts damage early in the weekend, and pulled off the Top Alcohol class win to kick off the season. Gary's semi-final 2.42 was Low ET of the weekend in TA.

Billy Morris was deadly on the tree in the 2 Dolla' Bill/MFR Dragster en route to the Top Eliminator class victory on Sunday.

Daniel King piloted the Animal Control Dragster to the Fast Fours class win after qualifying #1 with a stellar 2.80.

Bob Gill was the class of the field in Pro Outlaw FE. Bob qualified #1 with a 2.92 and took the final round win.

Jay Poortenga made the long haul from Michigan with his Drag Nasty Jeep & things went well for Jay as he would win the Pro 1 class on Sunday as well as take a runner-up finish in the Pro Outlaw FE category.

Charlie Johnson was all smiles after taking home the $760 for winning the Pro Truck class sponsored by PTN on Friday.

More good news for Charlie Johnson as he took the $100 Bonus from CWS Painting (Westerman Smith) of Peoria, AZ for the first Perfect RT of the weekend. Charlie pulled off the perfect .000 RT during Round 1 of Pro Truck Eliminations.

Kenny Hayes from Buckeye, AZ took the Torco Race Fuels Best Appearing Car award with his beautiful Jeep. This Jeep not only looked great, but also ran strong numbers into the 4.3 range through mufflers.

Bill Cole had a stellar weekend at Dome Valley taking the Open Pro class victory and a semi-final finish in Pro 2. Bill also was the winner of the Pre-Registration Free Entry Award.

Shawna Mayo was a stand out performer in the Motorcycle classes over the weekend as she made three final rounds, and took the Motorcycle Pro 2 class victory on Sunday.

This impressive Chevy Truck of Richard Ross & Ross Racing turned heads all weekend as he dipped into the 4.6 range.

John Aleman tuned both the Cadzow Motorsports entry of John Cadzow (Near Lane) & the Coldwater Kid entry of Matthew and Dwight Ludlow (Far Lane) at the Top Fuel Shootout. Both entries dipped well into the 2.3 second zone & ended up with late round finishes in Top Fuel.

The Foster Racing team had a great weekend at Dome Valley with Steve Jr. (pictured) taking runner-up finishes in Pro Truck & Pro 2 while dad Steve took runner-up finishes in Pro 1 & Quick 8.

Kendall Banducci ran strong in the Motorcycle classes, taking a semi-final finish in Motorcycle Ironman on Friday.

Keith Ahart's famed Motorcycle-powered ATV ran strong on Saturday taking the 4.0 Index class victory.

Paul Taylor accomplished a rare feat by running a perfect 2.950 in TE qualifying that not only earned him the top qualifying position, but also the new Good Vibrations TE Award that is worth a $200 Gift Certificate to Good Vibrations Motorsports.

Morton Racing made their first appearance at Dome Valley Raceway and put on a strong performance with a great 2.46 that came up just short in the Top Alcohol Semi's against Gary Mink.

Sid Payne was another of the Central CA competitors that made the long drive to Dome Valley Raceway & he ran well into the 3.4's in Quick 8 action with his Dragster.
